Can I transfer data from my old systems into
IsoVision?
Yes. Our experts realize this kind of work on a regular basis when they install IsoVision software. With their advice, work can also be carried out by your own IT personnel. By retrieving this data, the company will be able to continue to benefit from their accumulated database and avoid the efforts associate with manual data input. Our experts can also develop customized interfaces that will allow you to connect IsoVision to your current systems. And they can provide guidance with regard to the design of interfaces that can be developed by your own IT personnel. Can I use IsoVision even if I do not wish ISO certification? Yes. IsoVision is based on international standards because they offer procedures that are widely accepted. When you choose IsoVision, you are choosing a tool and methods accepted worldwide and that allow you to apply for certification at a later date. But certification is certainly not an end in itself. In fact, IsoVision looks at management from the point of view of cost effectiveness and performance. It is not limited to the requirements of international standards. Systems integration, continuous improvement, management by exception, performance evaluation by sectors are all striking examples of our cutting edge vision. Is IsoVision applicable in my industrial sector? Yes. IsoVision is actually used in ten different sectors of activities. Moreover, before we modify IsoVision, we ensure that any changes are validated against a large enough and wide-ranging enough sample of companies and experts, in order to maintain universality. The success of our product is largely dependent on this universality and we cannot avoid it. It is our duty to maintain it. Is there documentation with the software? Yes. At each IsoVision workstation, on-line support is available. It is available at all workstations and may be printed out anywhere and at any time. Is the interface user-friendly? Yes. Recognized software interface standards are applied. The screens are sober, pleasant, intuitive and effective. Tab navigation is our preferred method and allows access to a range of information with just a few clicks. Is it possible to control access to various screens and reports using this software? Yes. IsoVision has an access management module which allows software administrators to authorize or refuse access to available screens and reports. Access management is group-based and this allows rapid modifications of access for several people at the same time or the fast registration of a new user without defining every access with each new user. Moreover, your software administrator has control upon allowed operations(read only, edit, add, delete). Can I purchase a single module or a number of modules? Yes. IsoVision is made up of several modules that may be purchased separately or together. However, bulk purchase entitles you to a substantial discount and gives you full use of the advantages derived from integration. What are the IT limits of IsoVision? IsoVision and the technologies employed are designed to allow processing of large volumes of data without difficulty. There is no limit to the number of workstations or of simultaneous users. What limits there are usually are due to the capacity of your network, your server, and your storage space. Our experts will be pleased to assess your needs and to check up with you whether it is necessary or not to enhance the capacity of any of your equipment. Does one need to purchase licenses for each station or user? The IsoVision license is a single license per place of business (e.g. a factory, an office building, etc.). It does not limit the number of stations or simultaneous users.
