The Audits & Inspections module makes it possible to carry out all types of internal and external audits and inspection rounds (process, compliance, observation, inspection). The module also allows you to plan an audit calendar, prepare questionnaires, record results and create nonconformities.

It is a very effective tool for assessing the performance of the company and its suppliers, analyzing trends and exporting the results in several formats for your continuous improvement projects and objectives. The ISO 9001-14001-17025 questionnaires are already integrated into the system and it is possible to add other items of your choice.

As a software tool for the planning and implementation of an integrated audit program in quality, environment and health and safety, Isovision makes it possible to establish the good practices recommended by the ISO standard: the reference for audits of management, quality, and environment systems. Internal audits, supplier audits, inspection or control audit, if it is managed effectively, this objective and systematic process makes it possible to open up value added continuous improvement opportunities for the management of the company. Plan and manage all types of audits (process, compliance, product, etc.) Prepare calendars, audit plans and define audit teams. Create a list of audit questions (or use ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 questions). Build and print questionnaires or perform audits and inspections in real time via wireless mobile tablet and record audit results directly. Create and manage nonconformities and audit opportunities. Produce audit reports and perform statistical analyses on the results of one or several audits. The Audits & Inspections module interacts with other Isovision modules offering a vast array of tools to answer all requirements for the effective and powerful management of an audit/inspection program.

The modules for Planning (definition, objectives, scope, resources, (...) audit programs), Training & Competences (auditors) and Performance Review (key audit performance indicators, impact measurement) provide all the tools to continuously improve the audit program of the company. The Document Management and Nonconformities modules offer full interactions as much in the management of audit programs as within the realization and monitoring of each audit/inspection and the follow-ups that result from them.

Inspections performed with complete mobility

In our integrated quality (QMS), environment (EMS) and health & safety (H&S) system, the Audits & Inspections module makes it possible to plan and carrying out inspections, including: preparing audit calendars and plans for the audit team, build and print audit questionnaires, notify people by e-mail before auditing them, conduct audits and record results, produce various reports, forward them to those responsible, perform various statistical analyses, raise non-conformances, trigger corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Inspections can also be performed using wireless tablets for greater mobility. The Audits & Inspections module is integrated with other IsoVision modules such as: Risk Analysis, Planning, Training & Competences, E-Learning, Equipment Maintenance, Supplier Management, Document Management, Monitoring & Measurement, Nonconformities, Dashboard and Performance Review.
